Workout Wednesday! (4-9-14)


Who doesn't love a quick ab workout?!

The key to seeing your ab muscles is losing fat. A great way to facilitate that is by doing high intensity interval training. This ab workout has both! 

How To:

Warm-Up: 5-10 minutes of light activity like walking, cycling, or jogging or do some dynamic stretching. This is also a great thing to do after your regular lifting workout!


Do each exercise back to back with minimal rest.

Feeling crazy? Do it twice!

Cool-down: Don't sit or lay down until you can breathe normally. Perform static stretching on all muscle groups - focusing on your calves and core.
