I think it's really important to find out what works for YOU. One way that I have found really effective in doing that is going back to basics and cutting out any potentially inflammatory foods for at least 30 days.
If you are some one who wants tighter guidelines until you are able to understand how to nourish yourself on your own, then you might want to try this program!
