#Workout Wednesday (5-14-14)

I have a good one for you today! There's nothing like 20 burpees to start off a workout... :) Enjoy!


Warm-up: 5 minutes of cardio on the machine of your choice, or walk/jog if you are outside.

Workout: Complete the following exercises in the order given. Rest as little as possible between sets while still maintaining good form.

20 Burpees

30 Walking Lunges 

40 Renegade Rows

50 Russian Twists

*Complete 2 times*

 

Cool-down: Stretch all major muscle groups
