What's for Dinner?

I have two great recipes to share with you this week. The first one was new to me, and the second is a "regular" for me. 

Cilantro Lime Shrimp with Cilantro Lime Cauliflower "Rice"

I liked the shrimp but the rice was not very good so I won't share the recipe. I can't tell if it was the recipe or the fact that I was trying to make cauliflower take the form of rice... Will try another recipe and report back.

Sweet Italian Sausage with Zucchini and Tomatoes 

I used hot Italian sausage and added peppers and onions to bulk up the veggie content a little. I make this meal fairly often! Whole Foods website is a good resource for recipes.

Burger with guacamole

Also eaten: 

  • Andalous chicken with greek salad and garlic zucchini (all amazing)
  • Eatzi's salad with marinated beef, bacon bits, veggies and olive oil/balsamic vinegar 

Breakfast and snacks are the same as usual: eggs/kale or spinach with bacon for breakfast. Sometimes I'll make a protein shake instead. Almonds and apples for snacks.
