Here's a two part metabolic conditioning workout courtesy of my friends at The Tribe Strength and Conditioning in San Antonio! I've been doing their workouts on my own lately. It's quite as much fun by myself, but an awesome workout nonetheless.
Rest a few minutes between WOD 1 and WOD 2.
- AMRAP = as many rounds as possible
- Double Unders = double jumps on a jump rope. Alternatively, you can do 100 regular jumps with a jump rope.
- HSPU = handstand push-ups -- do DB shoulder presses or this modification
